Adams Investor Group, LLC is a real estate acquisition and investment organization headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.  Our company's ongoing mission is to invest in large scale, multi-unit apartment properties located in a variety of emerging markets across the United States. 

Our investment strategies range from the acquisition of properties where investor return is based on capital improvements, to longer term investment options based on stable value acquisitions.  Our portfolio is diverse and offers unique opportunities for each type of investor.

Adams Investor Group LLC utilizes a team of real estate professionals and external contractors to facilitate the acquisition of properties that meet or exceed rigorous selection criteria.  As founder of Adams Investment Group, LLC, Mr. Adams utilizes his extensive experience being a certified public accountant (CPA) and a Real Estate investor to evaluate each property using an established and proven investment acquisition strategy.  Mr. Adams also personally oversees all aspects of the process, from each contract that is submitted for a property to the resulting management of the asset once it is part of the portfolio.  Mr. Adams’s personal involvement in the pre- and post-sale activities demonstrate commitment to client service and has been a key differentiator with investors.

Our organization has two main components, the Acquisition Team and the Asset Management Team.

Acquisition Team

The Acquisition Team focuses on:

·          Identifying and analyzing properties in emerging markets across the U.S.

·          Locating prospective investment properties (primarily apartment buildings) in these markets through field research, network of commercial real estate brokers, property managers, lenders, and other investors

·          Analyzing and verifying historical and financial information provided on the property

·          Completing the offer and purchase and sale contract

·          Final purchase negotiations

·          Securing the financing through a qualified lender

·          Overseeing physical and financial due diligence, including property inspections and appraisals

·          Closing on the property

Asset Management Team

The Asset Management team focuses on

·          Managing the private lending program for those who wish to invest 

·          Conducting on-going investor relations for each investor group such as quarterly phone and web conferences providing investors with updates on asset performance

·          Establishing ownership structures for each property

·          Overseeing the on-site property management team

·          Evaluating, recommending, and implementing any property maintenance programs

Each team is comprised of several highly qualified individuals who are experts in their field.  Every team member handles specific task throughout the process.  The team includes:  Mr. Adams, legal team (SEC compliance attorney, contract & closing attorney, and general counsel), mortgage broker, local certified property managers (CPM’s), and other real estate investment partners.
